第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. § 1681) is an all-encompassing federal law that prohibits 歧视 on the basis of sex of students and employees of 教育al institutions, including prohibiting 性骚扰, 歧视, 攻击, 约会暴力, domestic violence and 跟踪.

Who coordinates 第九条 at M State?

Responsibilities of the coordinator include monitoring and oversight of overall implementation of 第九条 compliance and the prevention of harassment and 歧视 at the college, including the coordination of training, 教育, communications and administration of grievance procedures for faculty, 工作人员, students and other members of the college community.
